From France To America: A Story of Beekeeping

Our story

It all began many years ago when i was a child, hopping along the flowers that blossomed in France. With my curiosity, i quickly figured out that with careful attention you can pick up honey bees safely. This technique is quite simple, you see their two wings in the back, you bring them together and clasp them with your fingers. And finding it so awesome that i had created this technique that’s been here for many many years i brought this honey bee to my very horrified parents.

This was when i was 6 years old and my interest in bees would continue with my parents booking me for a honey extraction workshop that a commercial beekeeping in the middle of France was offering.

Extracted with care

Bees

Honey is extracted at our facility were the frames come in, get uncapped and then placed in a centrifuge. This Centrifuge then spins the honey which then falls down into a food grade bucket were is then transferred into a honey clarifier which separates the beeswax and honey out. The last step is for it to be bottled and then sold to you.
